 At Sifa Designs, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours with instructions on where to send your package.

 Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and with original packaging).
  
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Send the item back to us with the courier of your choice
  
• For items damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it.
