Shipping Policy
SifaDesigns ships internationally via DHL Express, with standard postal service used for bulk or custom items, to the following destinations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Kenya, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States. We're working on adding more countries in the near future.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. In-stock items typically ship within 2 business days. Please note, we do not ship on weekends — if your order is placed on a Friday evening, it will not ship until the following Monday. While we aim to process every order quickly, delivery times once a package leaves our hands are outside our direct control :)

- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total. Delivery estimates do not include customs or import duties, which may apply based on your destination and are the customer's responsibility.
Order Changes
You may update your shipping address, or cancel/modify your order, within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, we're unable to make these changes.
Tracking Updates
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 48 hours, which you can use to track your order on the courier's website.
