We stand by the quality and the workmanship of our products. All our products are handmade by highly skilled artisans using quality natural materials.
We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on the site. Please be aware variation in style ,color and size may slightly occur, this is due to the handmade nature of the products. It should not be considered a flaw.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you can update your shipping address once, within 24 hours of your purchase. Once an order has been processed, we are not able to change the shipping address

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Kenya, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States via DHL Express and Postal Service for bulk items. Shipping costs automatically populate at checkout based on your order total and delivery address. Please note, these costs do not include additional customs or import duties, which may be incurred based on your destination country — customers are responsible for these fees.
How do I track my order?
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and link to track your orders with in 48 hours.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. In-stock items typically ship within 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10–14 business days.
