At Sifa Designs, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To start the return process, please reach out to with your order number to Email: moureen@sifadesigns.com to help coordinate the return. Returns are shipped back to our US warehouse for North America customers and UK warehouse for UK and Europe customers. Details will be provided in the email once you start the return process.

 Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and with original packaging).
  
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.Send the item back to us with the courier of your choice
  
• For items damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we inspect and ensure that we do not re- shelf a damaged item. W will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
